A collaborative drawing experience part of the "Drawing is a verb" exhibit at Ouch My Eye Gallery in Seattle.
Mimicking technology-based “My Faves” and “Top Friends” on MySpace and Facebook – we (Kristin Miller Hopkins and long time collaborator, Kayce Bayer) are trying to make a map of all of our connections. Connections provide comfort, information, opportunities – society is getting increasingly more interconnected and interdisciplinary. By creating these maps we are documenting our personal lives geographically as well as noticing where we fit within our local, national and international community.
All interpretations in terms of mark making, color choice, drawing images are encouraged.
